Green Tea (Camelia Sinensis) is a shrub with shiny green leaves and white flowers, originally from southeast Asia, and mainly cultivated in tropical and subtropical regions. It is famous for its antioxidant properties and helps fight cellular ageing.

The polyphenols give it protective properties for microcirculation and to fight free radicals. It also stimulates lipolysis and drains excess fluids, helping eliminate adipose build up thanks to the theophylline it contains.
