Spirulina Seaweed
A small seaweed with a greenish-blue colour from the chlorophyll. Its name is given by its spiral shape. It mainly lives in sub-tropical waters.
It is very rich in protein, essential amino acids, lipids and vitamins, especially the ACE vitamin pool (carotenoids, ascorbic acid and tocopherol).
It has antioxidant properties, giving protection from free radicals that cause early skin ageing.
